Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or downloading MorphWiz Studio ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. Licence Grant

One Red Dog Media Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control. The licence is for personal or professional use; you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.

3. Desktop Software (VST3 / AU)

Desktop licences purchased through this website may be installed on an unlimited number of computers owned or controlled by the same individual for their personal use.

4. App Store (iOS & macOS)

MorphWiz Studio is also available via the Apple App Store for iOS and macOS. Those versions are subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement in addition to these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all audio content, graphics, and code, is the property of One Red Dog Media Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software.

6. Updates

We may provide updates to the Software at our discretion. Updates delivered free of charge are subject to these same terms. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will be maintained in future versions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Red Dog Media Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Red Dog Media Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Payment Processing

Desktop software purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who act as Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Refund Policy

Desktop Software

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on desktop software purchases. If you are not satisfied with MorphWiz Studio for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at support@onereddogmedia.com with your order number. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

App Store (iOS & macOS)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple directly for App Store refund requests.
